Effective January 1, 2019 Bulova Clocks has changed its warranty procedure.
Limited Warranty from one year of date of purchase.
Bulova Clocks No longer Services or repairs any clock product.
If your product is defective and it is determined to be under warranty, Bulova Clocks will replace the clock if available. If the clock is no longer available a substitute product of equal value as determined by Bulova Clocks Customer Service will be issued.
Please email us at service@bulova.com with copy of the dated proof of purchase, description of damage and a photo of the damage if applicable.
Do not send clocks for service.
